We actually have 18 sports right now nine men and nine women. We compete in the USA South Conference with 18 schools and in the stretches from Kentucky to Alabama.
We're a Division III institution which is an awesome balance between academics and athletics. We have one of the nicest weight rooms in our conference which is huge the Pacer Performance Center. We have a full-time strength coach, which is huge. Not something that a lot of our competitors offer.
One of the things you should look at is facilities available. William Peace offers a great choice in several ways the Hermann Athletic Center where our basketball and volleyball teams play, and I'm very fortunate as a softball coach to have an on-field facility here. Both our soccer and lacrosse teams play at the Pro Park over in Cary, where the North Carolina Courage and North Carolina FC soccer teams both play.
Our baseball team competes at USA Baseball, which is I mean literally the best playing surface for baseball in Division III in the entire country. We encourage all of our potential student-athletes to see what you're getting here. And what you get here is the balance between a small school located in a big city and so you don't miss out on anything when you come choose to be a Pacer.
