Hi everyone, my name is Dillon. I'm a senior Biology major here at Peace. And one of the things I love about going here is the many different activities downtown here in Raleigh.
You're 15 minutes away from a concert, five minutes away from a museum, two minutes away from a restaurant or any shopping centers. It's just a 10 minute, 15 minute drive down to the mall. So really, you're kind of right here in the middle of every day.
Some of the things I like to do here is to grab a bite to eat on Hillsborough, and then maybe even head down to Glenwood, or even to some of the museums that we have downtown. So we're here in downtown and right behind me is the Natural Science Museum. This is one of many spots for students to come to on the weekend here in Raleigh.
Just a quick walk away from campus, here we are on Glenwood south, lots of places for students to come eat, hang out with friends really do much of anything you really could think of whether it's a boutique or going to the gym. And one of my favorite places to go eat is actually a sushi place called, "Sushi Blues." It's kind of all rock'n'roll themed. One of my favorite is the Bob Marley roll. If you ever want to mash it with anything else, it is buy one get one all the time. So great place highly recommend it whether you're here on campus or just coming to visit.
